We primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA): Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding regions. Service to Niagara and other destinations is available on request.
For airport transfers and standard bookings, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For special events like weddings or corporate events, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
After we review and confirm your quote request, we provide payment options by email, including major credit cards and corporate invoicing for approved accounts.
Our instant quote includes a standard 20% chauffeur gratuity and 13% HST so pricing is transparent. If you would like to adjust gratuity, let us know and we can accommodate.
For standard bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 50% of the booking value. Special events and larger vehicles may have separate terms.
Yes, child seats (infant/toddler/booster) are available on request. Please request at the time of booking so we can reserve the appropriate seat.
You will receive email updates with your booking details. On the day of service, you will receive on‑the‑way and arrival notifications. Our dispatch can also provide real‑time updates if needed.
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status in real-time and adjust your pickup time accordingly at no additional charge. Our chauffeurs will wait for you even if your flight is delayed.
Yes. Extra stops and waiting time can be added to point‑to‑point trips and are billed based on our hourly rates and vehicle type. Let us know your itinerary and we will advise the best option.
